One of three known service vehicles in this series (plus
six hybrids.) ’59 Ranger two-door hardtop. Rear
license plate reads CV-5162. This
toy was also made without lithography on the grille or
rear stampings—just bare metal. These versions have
white side spears and lack the EDSEL lettering
along the sides. Click here for an image.
Trim can be either silver or gold (as on 59 I1 04 01 H). One example has
been found in a box with a 1960 Ford pictured on it.
