02 has a butter-yellow upper body, red-orange lower body, black roof, textured scallop using a black grid pattern over silver and white. 03 is identical except it uses lighter orange and a cream colored upper body.

A stylized "F" trademark appears on lower left rear quarter panel. Passengers are lithographed on the windows. EDSEL appears in scallop. License plates read HI 1958.6. Orange car in illustration is actually faded red.
